· Operate CNC (VMC) and EDM (Wirecut/Sinker) machines
· Read part drawings and understand basic CNC programs (G-code, M-code)
· Set up jobs, align parts, and complete machining operations
· Support in daily production operations
· Perform part inspection using Vernier, micrometer, and gauges
· Troubleshoot basic machine issues and maintain cleanliness
· Maintain job records and follow proper machining procedures
· After initial training, should be ready to operate metal 3D printers (DMLS, LPBF)
· Handle metal powders, sieving, machine loading, and build plate preparation
· Perform post-processing activities – support removal, surface cleaning, blasting, and part handling
· Follow all safety protocols in machining and metal printing zones

Salary: 20,000/- P.M
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift: Day Shift (or as per work load requirement)
